Black wellness and prosperity center (bwpc) exists to serve the black community in californias central valley focusing on black birthing persons with sustained efforts to improve black maternal and infant health outcomes, effectively unite and elevate black voices, and build sustainable infrastructure to strengthen the capacity of the black community. we have built multi-stakeholder alliances with local agencies, health plans, and universities to lead research and policy solutions that improve maternal and infant health outcomes for black families in the underserved region of californias central valley and elsewhere.

The vision of inspiration transportation is to utilize sustainable transportation technologies to meet the needs of under-served and underprivileged communities throughout the san joaquin valley - providing necessary micro transit social service transportation to individuals and families. our goal is to aid in diminishing the barriers towards self-sufficiency and upward mobility by providing access to transportations services for employment, education, healthcare, and personal services. we will also help develop the san joaquin valley ev charging infrastructure and beyond transportation, our vision sees the education and empowerment of these communities with the prospect of positive change.

Our mission is to provide temporary housing to unhoused persons. temporary living quarters have been provided for up to 14 people at a time. a total of 83 clients have been served in this way, 2013 through 2020.

Santé health foundation's mission is to provide medical care and treatment as part of a coordinated healthcare delivery system in the central valley. the foundation provides these services for preventing, treating and otherwise assisting individuals with various diseases and disorders to the extent reasonably permitted by the resources of the foundation. the medical foundation provides these services through charity care assistance for patients meeting certain financial eligibility and clinical criteria and persons without insurance or who are under insured, all self-paid, uninsured and under insured patients who do not qualify for charity care under the foundation's charity care program are offered services through the foundation at discounted charges. the discount is extended to patients that qualify for the foundation's charity care program for the out-of-pocket portions of care that are beyond the amount the patient qualified for the foundation's subsidized care.
