(the center) is a nonprofit corporation incorporated under the laws of the commonwealth of puerto rico. the center is organized as federally qualified health center and operate under section 330 of the public health services act, department of health and human services (dhhs), whose purpose is to provide primary ambulatory, supplemental and environmental health services to medically underserved residents of the municipality of florida, puerto rico.
