To improve the physical and mental health of park county residents.

To receive, manage and administer grant and donation monies to the benefit of the senior citizens in park county for transportation to medical and other services, supplemental nutrition, and coordination with other service agencies.

Preserve and restore historic buildings; preserve artifacts and documents, engage in historic research and exhibit such buildings, artifacts and documents to the general public
