This association shall be a non-profit fundraising and service organization dedicated to meeting the financial needs of the enka school district graded band system which cannot be covered by the school's budget. it shall also perform services needed to carry out the plans of the band. no part of the profits shall insure to the benefit of any member or other person firm or corporation.
