Washington agricultural legal foundation is dedicated to protecting private property and water rights. the chief goals of walf are to provide educational and research projects to further and protect the legal rights of those involved in agriculture and aquaculture. support to private property rights, constitutional principles and the limitation of government regulations.

Grays harbor youth livestock auction association was formed for the sole purpose of organizing and promoting the auction at the grays harbor county fair for 4-h and national ffa organization members to show and sell a market type of animal (beef,lambs, goats, etc.). grays harbor youth livestock association works with agriculture teachers, 4-h leaders, and county extension agents to organize the sale participants, assist them in keeping accurate records and helping them care for their animals in order to show and sell these animals at the fair. grays harbor youth livestock association also encourages and assists the youth in soliciting buyers for the auction. the organization is funded by the commission on the sales price of the animals. the funds are used to pay the expenses of the auction.
