The eagle rock community cultural association, dba center for the arts eagle rock (cfaer) has served its northeast los angeles community since 1998 by providing inclusive, equitable, free and low cost arts programs and arts education for youth, families and individuals of all abilities and identities. at an historic former carnegie library building and online, we connect multigenerational audiences with gifted artists, arts educators and performers for multidisciplinary arts workshops, exhibitions, concerts, and public art projects and offer free after school arts enrichment at title 1 elementary and middle schools across the northeast los angeles community.
