To enhance access to quality health care, particularly primary and preventative care by improving the supply and distribution of healthcare professionals in underserved alabama communities through community and academic educational partnerships

Continued operations to carry-out tax exempt purposes of the liver trust, including but not limited to, managing the trust's funds to generate and distrubute 60% of the net income to judson college and 40% of the net income to gallion baptist church. said distributions constitute the largest amountof support generated by any other single organization supporting judson college and gallion baptist . church.

To provide public transportation for citizens of greene, hale, sumter, choctaw, marengo, perry, lowndes, dallas and bibb counties. this is completed by program goals, oranized goals and patient goals.

Historic preservation

Trust was established for the benefit of the marengo county historical society, a 501(c)(3) organization located in demopolis, al. and publicly supported. the assets of the trust are to be used for the specific purpose of the maint- enance, care, upkeep and improvement of the real property devised by mrs. laird under her will to the marengo county historical society, inc. this property is currently used as the headquarters for the marengo county historical society.
