To provide an organization that is devoted to the funding of scholarships for the high school graduates of powell county, montana.

The organization is dedicated to restoring water quality, fisheries, and wildlife, and protecting the agricultural heritage and open space of the upper clark fork river basin of southwest montana. the organization pursues these goals by working with landowners, stakeholders, and agency representatives interested in implementing stewardship projects that conserve natural resources.

Preservation and operation of the historic rialto theater building for the benefit of the community of deer lodge & the state of montana, etc:

To provide a senior citizens center in rural deer lodge, mt where local seniors can meet for activities. the center also provides reduced cost meals to the community as a whole.
