Geo is humanitarian medical organization that helps build capacity and substantial educational programs by teaching ear surgery to doctors in developing countries and as well providing surgical services to the under served.

Washington state association of counties (wsac) dues support a part-time advocate position for state-wide human services. association meets every other month in various locations around the state. payments are made to hosting location for meeting space. association completes a non-profit corporation annual report to the state of washington.

Ikatu is a supporting non profit organization that supports education and humanitarian medical services to the underserved. georgetown university receives funds for the formation of scholarships for needy students. global ent outreach was the second supported organization and it received funds in the support of medical outreach programs.
