The mission of the quality community foundation (qcf) is building a quality community for a lifetime within the city of commerce city, co. established in 2006, qcf supports post-secondary education and access to recreational programming for commerce city youth, and provides grants to fund various non-profit organizations that benefit commerce city residents.

Stout street foundation operated an in-patient treatment center providing counseling, room and board, supervision and job training to ex-substance abusers. the period of residency is up to 3 years. approximately 325 people participate annually.
