To provide low income housing opportunities and other related social services for the residents of lebanon county, pennsylvania. the organization also develops and manages the operations of four low income housing developments and other properties in lebanon county, pennsylvania.

To provide elderly and handicapped persons with housing facilities and services specifically designed to meet their physical, social and psychological needs, and to promote their health, security, happiness and usefulness in longer living and to provide distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1954 or the corresponding provision of any future united states internal revenue law.
