The purpose of this organization is: a. to develop and improve harford county, maryland land into top quality field sports recreation facilities for local and regional use. b. to coordinate a variety of clinics, leagues, tournaments and special events for both youth and adults to enhance the quality of recreational opportunities available to local residents. c. to solicit funds, goods and services from private and public sources for the benefit of developing high quality sports fields in harford county, maryland. d. to create an organization that is able to maintain and manage these facilities on a self-sustaining basis.
