Pace of the southern piedmont provided access to care and services to eligible adults in mecklenburg, cabarrus, stanly, and union counties. we adjusted our services amid the pandemic to ensure our participants' needs were met. we expanded our services in the home and were awarded a home care agency license for nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, in home aide, companion, and sitter care. we implemented video technology in the homes of some participants. pace of the southern piedmont enrolled 49 new participants into the program and overall had a net participant increase of 2 for the year. our participant satisfaction survey result was 92% and caregiver satisfaction was 87% satisfied. our operating margin remained positive throughout the pandemic.
