The foundation distributes its annual income to the following 501(c)(3) organizations: 33% to lake land college foundation for student scholarships; 33% to the mattoon citadel of the salvation army; and 34% to catholic charities of coles, douglas, & edgar counties.

Administration of perpetual testamentary trust for the benefit of the following beneficiaries: univ of il foundation, il bar foundation, eastern il univ foundation, wesley united methodist church, city of charleston, comm unit school dist #1, and coles co united way.

The organization's purpose is to support quality alcohol and drug treatment programs by providing financial, management and planning assistance to tax exempt organizations.
