To provide funding and award grants to non-profit organizations providing services for children, the elderly, education, domestic violence,rape and substance abuse counseling.

The mission of the food pantry is to collect donations (in-kind,cash and grants) and to operate a facility (establish hours of operation, schedule volunteers, acquire food, etc.) to distribute food to the needy.

Non-denominational christian school

To support carroll county public library & provide financing for its facility. the foundation solicited contributions and grant money for expansion of the library in previous years. the new facility is now leased to the library.

Organize county fair events/demo derby host for large outside events,catering for miscellaneous county events catering for area industry employee/family outings and parties
