The organization is exclusively for charitable, religious, educational and scientific in purpose, including distribtuions to organizations that qualify as exempt under 501 (c) 3 of irs code. additionally the organization will make scholarship donations to local graduating seniors who complete an application process and are recommended by the selection committee and approved by the board. the organization raises funds by means of an annual golf outing and private donations.
