To operate a cultural facility dedicated to the presentation to the public of a variety of stage productions generally recognized to be of significant historic, cultural, artistic or social value, the programming of which may include, but will not necessarily be limited to, live theater, cabarets, readings, workshops, seminars, childresn theater, benefits, classes and lectures.
