The mission of scottys house is to provide safety, healing and justice for children victimized by abuse through professional assessment, counseling and education in a compassionate and collaborative approach.

To provide quality services and products to the residents and businesses of our community in such a way as to maximize the affordability of safe and decent housing, especially for the low income; and to serve as a vehicle and assist in any way possible, through networking and/or forming of partnerships with other non-profits, for-profits, and governmental entities, for the purpose of encouraging community development, economic growth, and general improvement to the standard of living for all the residents of the areas served by the brazos valley affordable housing corporation.

To provide community-centered prenatal care and health education to medically indigent pregnant women in the brazos valley. comprehensive, accessible and affordable prenatal care and health education are the best ways to improve pregnancy outcomes.

The brazos valley food bank (bvfb) is a central distribution site that unites food donors, volunteers and hunger relief organizations around the common goal of creating a hunger free brazos valley. as the hub of over 36 different nonprofit partner agencies that feed the hungry throughout brazos, burleson, grimes, madison, roberston and washington counties, bvfb supplies millions of meals to tens of thousands of individuals in need each year. for unmet needs, bvfb oversees childrens's backpack and senior bag programs; school based and mobile food pantries; home delivery services; benefits assistance and referral services; nutrition education; food insecurity screen & intervene strategies with healthcare partners; and case management and career coaching services to eliminate the root causes of hunger one individual at a time.

Texas private school foundation, inc. dba allen academy is a non-demoninational private school founded in 1886. allen academy educates students from pre-kindergarten through the twelve grades.
