The warbirds of glory museum was formed to restore and fly period aircraft and offering a unique educational opportunity to understand the second world war experience while mentoring youth in mechanical skills aircraft restoration and american values. in 2022 the museum procured a larger facility in new hudson mi and after extensive renovations of that site moved operations from brighton mi to the new building. even though the renovation and move took up much of the museum's time and treasure work did continue on its three main programs.
