The purpose of bright faces, inc. (f/k/a stop cleft - international alliance) is to develop and implement a strategic approach to increasing the number of persons with cleft lips and/or cleft palates who are treated surgically, and the efficiency with which they are treated, through the performance, directly or indirectly, of surgical procedures, including provision of related pre-operative care, where the persons treated lack sufficient financial resources and/or proximate access to established resources to treat persons with cleft lips and/or cleft palates.
