Receive gifts, bequests and donations to be held as endowments that will provide charitable, cultural and educational benefits to the big spring and howard county areas.

Couseling and intervention for victims of violent crimes.

Educational programs, exhibits, & shows for schools, public and civic groups. materials to replace and supply exhibits.

Provide financial support to howard county junior college district by funding grants to the college and providing funding for scholarship awards administered by the college.

Lessen the burden of local government through support of chamber of commerce civic activities.

Volunteer fire department: provide fire fighter services and protection for residences of howard county

To promote and educate the youth of howard county in animal husbandry and agriculture as well as the responsibilities associated with such projects.

To provide affordable housing for the elderly and handicapped in a 179 unit apartment ccmplex located in big spring,texas.
