The life balance institute is a training organization dedicated to helping individuals find more balance, freedom, and meaning in their lives. training is provided through two programs. the seminar program offers classes, retreats and workshops for groups and the private program provides individual counseling. the professional training program equips individuals with the skills needed to offer counseling to help others in life balance concepts.
