The corporation's purpose is to obtain funds to be used in support of cass county memorial hospital and its diagnostic, research, and treatment facilities. it does this through soliciting funds and maintaining and investing those funds so as to provide funding for programs sponsored by, and equipment needed for the operations of the hospital. it participates in the healthcare mission of cass county memorial hospital by operating the lifeline program developed by the hospital.
