Columbia memorial hospital foundation (cmhf), was created to support columbian lutheran charities dba columbia memorial hospital (cmh) (ein #93-0583856). fundraising revenues are released to cmh to cover the costs of certain programs and equipment. salaries, payroll taxes, benefits and other administrative expenses are paid by cmh as an in kind contribution to cmhf. cmhf is ultimately governed by cmh and therefore cmhf must follow policies of cmh.

The organization provides programs designed to educate young people in business matters and train them for leadership roles, interpersonal skills, public speaking and personal responsibility. the organization further promotes the objects of key club international, student leadership and community service, provides resources and assistance for coordination of the projects of its member clubs, strengthens and extends the key club program, increases the cooperation between the district efforts and the clubs within the district by providing educational resources, promotes the participation of its high school member clubs within the district in the objectives, programs and policies of the district and key club international, and also promotes kiwanis family relations.

The organization is restoring and maintaining a historic theatre... (continued on schedule o) ...which provides a forum for performing artists and community events. the organization also fosters performing art education and development. temporary pandemic mission: the liberty theatre is a catalyst for the performing arts on the north oregon coast. its collaboration with artists, government agencies and other organizations fosters healthier, stronger and more vibrant communities.
