The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, literary, or educational purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, or the corresponding provision of any future federal tax code, including for such purposes to motivate and encourage the talent and ability of hawaii's youth to learn, practice and excel in hawaii's technical industry, including science, engineering and technology, by inspiring creative, innovative and entrepreneurial thinking and paving the way for the creation of meaningful lives for current and future generations, all of which shall be accomplished exclusively within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.

The kamalani academy foundation is a 501(c)(3) corporation. its sole purpose is to support the kamalani academy public charter school in wahiawa, oahu, hawaii. the foundation does this by fundraising and by coordination the efforts of the community colunteers.

Sounds of success preschool strives to ensure that preschool aged children are given the basic tools to reach their full potential. the mission is provide a safe, structured, and fun learning environment with teachers and speech-language pathologists working together collaboratively to provide individualized learning anf therapeutic intterventions (if needed), to young children.

Hawaii rush soccer is committed to providing an unparalleled soccer experience for all who have interests in the game of soccer. the rush promotes sportsmanship, competition and enjoyment of the game. the organization develops and administers public educational soccer among youth between the ages of six and nineteen. programs include player and coach training, league participation and tournament participation.
